Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Just Dance - A sexy, sassy cardio dance class will have you swaying your hips and popping your booty with moves you can take to the club. Burn calories and sculpt your legs and abs by dancing under disco lights! Bring your tennis shoes and get ready to sweat!

Fitness Blast - Boot camp meets music! This express cardio and strength training class offers a full-body, intense workout in less than an hour. The nonstop class is set to pop music that will add a little fun to the insanity. 

Yoga comes in all varieties. Chel approaches yoga with creativity, offering fun and unique flowing sequences inspired by her training with SOYA Yoga in British Columbia. Classes vary from power-style Vinyasa, Hatha and a restorative Candlelight Yoga, as well as yoga on the beach! All yoga classes include pranayama (breath control), asana (postures), meditation, concentration and deep relaxation, included in the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
