7:15am-8:30am Beach Yoga (multi-level) at Bonnett St Beach Access, Nags Head (offered by Ashtanga Yoga Center), bring water, sunscreen and a beach towel to practice on.
10am-11:15am Vinyasa Yoga (levels 1/2) at Ashtanga Yoga Center in Nags Head
7:15am-8:30am Multi-level Beach Yoga at Bonnett St Beach Access, Nags Head (offered by Ashtanga Yoga Center), bring water, sunscreen and a beach towel to practice on.
9:30am-10:45am Vinyasa Yoga (levels 1/2) at Ashtanga Yoga Center in Nags Head

Beach Yoga All levels welcome. A fun, light-hearted sandy class on the beach. Bring a towel and be prepared to stretch and break a sweat. Bring a beach towel to practice on, plenty of water and wear sunscreen. Classes incorporate pranayama (breath control), asana (postures), meditation, concentration and deep relaxation, included in the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Boot Camp Beat - Boot camp meets music! This upbeat cardio and strength training class offers a full-body, challenging workout in less than an hour. There's no need for counting reps, this nonstop class is choreographed to pop music to add a little fun to the insanity.
Candlelight Relaxation Yoga - All levels welcome. Enjoy a slower, deep stretch flow with sound healing and candlelight. A great way to gently unwind from your day and perfect for athletes needing a recovery day, those new to a fitness routine or anyone seeking to destress. Classes incorporate pranayama (breath control), asana (postures), meditation, concentration and deep relaxation, included in the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Hoop Dance - Get a workout while just playing around with hula hoops! In this multi-level class, beginners and experienced hoop dancers can learn to dance and "flow" with hoops. This impressive circus-style performance art offers a playful (and meditative) full body workout. Beginner hoops are provided, or bring your own polypro hoops.
Just Dance - A sexy, sassy cardio dance class will have you swaying your hips and popping your booty with moves you can take to the club. Burn calories and sculpt your legs and abs while dancing under disco lights! No judgment, just good confidence-boosting fun! Bring your tennis shoes and get ready to sweat and smile!
Vinyasa Yoga Multi-level class. Best for those familiar with yoga or willing to learn in a fast-paced class. This is a powerful, more challenging flow. Classes incorporate pranayama (breath control), asana (postures), meditation, concentration and deep relaxation, included in the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Ashtanga Yoga Center OBX - A charming yoga studio in Nags Head offering Ashtanga, Vinyasa and a variety of yoga classes and workshops. Drop-in classes are $15 or check out the website to purchase a multi-class pass.
